2020年の東京オリンピックを踏まえて、コーヒーショップガイド企画をたてることにしました。外国の方たちにも読んでもらいたいので英語でも書こうと思っています。このガイドでのポイントは「📶Wifiの有無」、「🔌電源の有無」、あとはどこの駅にあるのか？をベースに、投稿を重ねて試行錯誤を繰り返したいと思います。

Entry No. 3 : HOT STAND PELLS ( Between Daikanyama station and Shibuya station)
代官山駅と渋谷駅の中間に、HOT STAND PELLSはあります。音楽通に人気のあるクラブのSankeys Tokyoや、CIRCUS TOKYO、そして人気のPIZZA SLICEもありカルチャーを発信するエリア。最近、渋谷の神山町付近を奥渋谷と呼ぶようになりましたが、この一帯はさながら奥代官山？と言ってもいいような面白い場所です。
HOT STAND PELLSは朝の8:00からオープン。最近は近隣でairbnbを利用する外国の旅行者が訪れるようになり、お客さんの半分は外国人という。

HOT STAND PELLS opens at 8:00 in the morning. Recently foreign tourists who use airbnb in the neighborhood come to visit, half of the customers are foreigners.
ここは、Brooklyn Roasting CompanyのBeansを使っています。もともとBrooklyn Roasting Compayでバリスタとして働いていたイケメンSatoshiくんがHOT STAND PELLSのチーフとしてコーヒーに関する管理を行っています。Satoshiくん曰く「Brooklyn Roasting Companyはもともと空輸でアメリカからおくられてきた豆をつかってましたが、今は、大阪の店舗に焙煎機を設置してあり、そこの豆を使うことで時間差がなくなり新鮮な状態でコーヒーを提供することができるようになりました」とのこと。
また、ドリップコーヒーとフレンチプレスは用賀のWOODBERRY COFFEE ROASTERSの豆を2.3種類選べるようにしていて、好みの豆を選んでもらったり、話をして好みにあったバリスタおすすめの豆で淹れてくれるようです。
私はエスプレッソ、コーヒーバディaka Honeyはカフェラテをチョイスしました。

In addition, drip coffee and French press are trying to select 2.3 kinds of beans of Waverberry COFFEE ROASTERS of Yoga. Customers themselves choose, or barista seems to make a recommendation.
I chose Espresso, Coffee Buddy Coffee latte.

HOT STAND PELLSは水曜日と日曜日にランチもやっています。STAFFであり、普段はケータリング会社を運営しているYuuponが水曜日はカレー、日曜日はパスタランチを提供。どんなランチかは、Yuuponのinstagramをチェックしてみてください。
